With a background in Sociology and working at non-profit organizations providing services for at risk youth both directly and administratively, I have always had a heart for people with the belief that all people deserve respect and compassionate care no matter what services they are receiving. After my family dynamics changed, I moved into the private sector as a customer services rep and eventually office manager for a gymnastics facility. There I was able to apply these same principles along with my skillset of detailed data entry, trainer, bookkeeping, along with continuous quality improvement to help the business as a whole provide top notch services to their clients. After years of providing these skills set to other businesses, I found it was time for me to grow and go into business for myself to achieve a better work life balance. Being a Bookkeeper and Notary Public gives me the best opportunity to get that personal customer service I crave, while also being able to provide detailed quality work, all while being a mom. I provide a personal touch to all my work because behind every business and transaction are real people who are going through life circumstances both in and outside of work.
